Shift From Coaching Training to Becoming a Coach

Shift from Coaching Training to Becoming a Coach (For Women)

Three-month program for women career, leadership and/or life coaches who have completed at least some formal coaching training; and you are planning to or within the first year of offering coaching and/or complimentary services in any capacity.

Jumpstart to Coach Program Overview

You don’t have to wait until you figure it all out before you launch or progress as a coach. You don’t have to try to piece everything together on your own. You don’t have to follow a specific method.

You can find your own path to becoming a coach now. You can build clarity, alignment and momentum to create a coaching practice that feels true to you.

Becoming a coach involves an identity shift from student to coach. Yet, so much business-related advice misses this aspect, only emphasizing set-up logistics and marketing.

This program brings an integrated approach with three main pillars:

  • Strengthen your inner foundation of who you are as a coach

  • Take an experimentation approach

  • Elevate the quality of the coaching experience

  • Design your thriving business and roadmap

It begins with developing a strong inner foundation of who you are as a coach, how you can help people and how to move forward with courage. From there, you’ll be empowered to take an experimentation approach to build momentum now and learn from what what’s worked and what hasn’t.

Next, you’ll explore elevating the client experience, integrating your training and, if applicable, the ICF core competencies. The program will culminate with designing the groundwork for relationship marketing and a flexible, realistic roadmap—that feels authentic, meaningful and energizing to you.

You’ll be supported throughout, with guidance, frameworks, and the group environment. The ICF competency concepts will be woven throughout the program.

Who the program is for: This program is for women who want to integrate coaching to their work and business in a multitude of ways: side hustle, part-time, coaching as one of multiple services, full-time, ACC ICF portfolio path, and more.

Each cohort includes about 6-8 participants; with the option for one or multiple cohorts. The program is conducted virtually 6-9 modules (i.e. topics).

Optional: Add one to two 1-hour individual coaching sessions per participant for personalized development.
