Welcome!
I’m Rachael Gaibel, a certified leadership, life and wellbeing coach and consultant
I partner with individuals, leaders, groups, and organizations to turn vision into momentum so they can navigate change, make a positive impact and thrive.
As a coach and facilitator, I help individuals and leaders deepen self-awareness to move forward with greater alignment, purpose, and effectiveness. I offer one-on-one and group leadership coaching and facilitation for emerging and mid-level leaders to strengthen their capabilities and impact. I offer career and life coaching for women navigating transition, overcoming burnout and building coaching or other businesses.
As a consultant, I help HR professionals at purpose-driven small to mid-sized organizations change and grow sustainably by elevating the employee experience, leadership development, and wellbeing programs. I support organizations and leadership coaching & consulting firms through strategic development and design of content, curriculum, learning experiences, and thought leadership that reflect their authentic voice and vision.
My professional story
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on bringing strategic people and development goals and visions to life for impact. This has taken multiple forms, from leading company-wide people programs and changes, to department and group programs, to individual mentorship and coaching. In my corporate career at Vail Resorts, I focused on developing, designing and implementing company-wide employee and leadership focused programs and processes, in alignment with the strategy and culture. My early career at the non-profit Hillel, which was embedded in student affairs at Colorado State University, set the foundation for doing meaningful work that makes a difference.
I bring extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, organizational development, talent management program design and implementation, L&D curriculum development, strategic HR, change management, internal communications and thought leadership.
In 2018, I took a career pause after my daughter was born to recover from burnout and take a career break. I had a deep desire to improve my wellbeing and redesign what would be next for my career based on what mattered to me. Through a winding journey involving multiple transitions, I redefined my life and career to be in better alignment and with greater wellbeing.
Coaching
I have been championing others to help them believe in their potential since I was an assistant manager in college; and then through working in student affairs as a recent college graduate. Throughout my career, I have taken a coaching approach to employee and leadership development. I then deepened my coaching skills through extensive coaching training and experience to become a certified coach. I partner with clients to deepen self-awareness to move forward with greater alignment, purpose and effectiveness.
