Overview
Many of us want to create changes that matter in our life and work. But, we can struggle to get started, build momentum and sustain the changes to honor our dreams and goals. Though it can be incredibly hard to change on our own, it doesn’t have to be this way. With the right support and guidance, sustainable change is possible.
Coaching Description:
Coaching begins with you identifying intentions/goals about what you want next for your life and work. It focuses on addressing barriers and discovering what could be possible. Coaching can support you to take aligned steps towards creating change that’s important to you.

Reduce overwhelm, stress and burnout and improve wellbeing

Summary of My Coaching Approach:
Through coaching, I provide the space and structure to help you create the changes most important to you, based on your dreams and goals. My coaching approach focuses on helping you access your own wisdom, clarity and sense of possibility. I listen fully, ask curious questions and provide tools and frameworks to encourage new insights, helping you find a resonate way forward—the right path for you.
As your coach, I integrate a variety of coaching modalities and provide tools to support making progress on your dreams and goals. These include: positive psychology & wellbeing, business/practical skills, feminine empowerment and self-leadership. Coaching is confidential.
How Coaching Works:
Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.
We’ll discuss the exact focus, length and frequency in the first coaching session based on your intentions/goals. On average, we’ll meet two times per month. Check out the coaching page for more detail.
I offer short, mid-length and long term coaching support, based on client goals. Packages start at 4 sessions, progressing to 12+ sessions. See details below.
Overall, coaching is designed to encourage your growth, based on what that means to you. Specific coaching focus areas are based on client goals and package level. In between sessions, I offer tools for introspection and experimentation with worksheets and new frameworks to support you in making the changes you seek.
Examples of coaching session focus areas: address inner blocks and what’s holding you back (fear, self-doubt/inner critic, overwhelm, limiting beliefs), envision what could be possible, clarify what matters to you, connect to your inner wisdom and best thinking, shift your mindset, improve your wellbeing, build an action plan, create structured experiments and more.

4 coaching sessions
Get unstuck, address blocks, gain clarity and take the first steps to create change that matters to you. Address what’s holding you back, connect to your inner wisdom and get clear on what you truly want so you can start to make progress on your dream(s) or goal(s).
Vision to Momentum
6 to 10 coaching sessions
Connect with your vision and inner wisdom, address inner blocks, gain clarity, develop an action plan, and build momentum towards change that matters to you. Builds on the Get Unstuck package and goes deeper to create sustainable change and/or improve wellbeing.
Life Realignment
12 or more coaching sessions (6-12 months+)
Navigating a transition or a life change? Intentionally design what’s important to you next and progress with greater ease . Look inward, address inner blocks, improve wellbeing, realign, explore future possibilities, and create experiments to honor your dream(s) and goal(s). Supports you in creating lasting change that matters.
Rates:
Four session package: $575
Six session package: $775
Nine session package: $1,100
Twelve session package: $1,400
Each session after a package: $125
Limited time offer for up to one more new client in June and three in July: $75 discount off the rate for a coaching package. This offer applies to new clients.
