How Coaching Encourages Creating Change

Coaching can help you get unstuck and discover what’s possible to honor your dreams and goals.

Through coaching, I provide the space and structure to help you create the changes most important to you, based on your dreams and goals. My coaching approach focuses on helping you access your own wisdom, clarity and sense of possibility. I listen fully, ask curious questions and provide tools and frameworks to encourage new insights, helping you find a resonate way forward—the right path for you.

As your coach, I integrate a variety of coaching modalities and provide tools to support you to make progress on your dreams and goals. These include: positive psychology & wellbeing, self-leadership, business/practical skills and feminine empowerment. Coaching is confidential.

My coaching approach is grounded in my professional and lived experience as well as coaching training. I have a background in Human Resources and Talent Development, with 15 years of experience and an MBA.

Coaching specific training:

  • Positive Psychology Coaching Certification through the Wholebeing Institute

  • Completed the Playing Big Facilitator’s Training with Tara Mohr

How I Describe Coaching:

Coaching begins with you identifying intentions/goals about what you want next for your life and work. It focuses on addressing barriers and discovering what could be possible. Coaching can support you to take aligned steps towards creating change that’s important to you.

How Coaching Works:

Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.

I offer short, mid-length and long term coaching packages depending on client goals. Coaching packages start at 4 sessions, progressing to 12+ sessions.

On average, we’ll meet two times per month. We’ll discuss the right length and frequency for you based on your goals.

My Story

I know what it’s like to feel stuck and held back. I know what it feels like to face challenges when attempting to make progress.

And, I know what it means to choose to create change that matters to me. To first do the inner work, and then make the outer life changes. To ultimately re-define my life and career on my terms.

My journey to create change started during a difficult time, as it often does. In 2015, in the midst of career burnout and infertility, I began focusing on my personal growth and wellbeing. This led to experiencing profound growth that changed me, without changing my circumstances. Yet, a couple of years later, while still facing those challenges, I began to feel increasingly stuck and disconnected from myself. Over time, I would gain clarity to leave my previous career as it was no longer aligned with the future life I envisioned.

In 2018, I took a career pause after my daughter was born. I had a deep desire to recover from burnout and redesign what would be next for my career based on what mattered to me. Through a winding journey involving multiple transitions, I redefined my life and career to be in better alignment. In hindsight, I was going through a process to reconnect with myself and how I truly wanted to live my life. Since then, I’ve built a life and career that feels more fulfilling and meaningful, rediscovered my creative self-expression, especially writing, and experienced greater wellbeing.

Ultimately, my own experiences led me to become a coach, to guide others to discover and build what’s possible for their work and lives.
