One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching provides individualized support so that you create changes that matter, based on your goals and aspirations.
How One-on-One Coaching Works:
Coaching begins with you identifying goals about where you want to grow.
Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.
The length of coaching engagements ranges from 3-12 months, with a 6 session minimum. On average, we’ll meet two times per month.
Specific focus areas are based on length of coaching engagement and client goals. Below is an overview of the coaching process and potential topics.

Group Coaching
Group coaching programs provide a facilitated small group format for career and leadership development for emerging and/or mid-level leaders. Every group coaching module is interactive, focused on learning and practicing new skills, exploring individual insights and getting coaching.
Each cohort includes about 6-10 participants; with the option for one or multiple cohorts. The program is conducted virtually 6-9 modules (i.e. topics).
Optional: Add one to two 1-hour individual coaching sessions per participant for personalized development.
The peer environment accelerates insights, skill development, and mutual accountability.
Programs have the option of both standard and custom modules to align with the company’s culture. Standard topics incorporate positive psychology, which is based on the science of human thriving, and leadership development tools and frameworks.
