Coaching Description:
Coaching begins with you identifying intentions/goals about what you want next for your life and work. It focuses on addressing barriers and discovering what could be possible. Coaching can support you to take steps towards creating change that’s important to you.
Summary of My Coaching Approach:
My approach to coaching is about guiding you to access your own wisdom, clarity and sense of possibility. I ask questions and provide tools and frameworks to encourage new insights, helping you find a resonate way forward—the right path for you.
As your coach, I integrate a variety of coaching modalities and provide tools to support you in making changes that matter to you, including: positive psychology & wellbeing, feminine empowerment/leadership, and business/practical skills.
How Coaching Works:
Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.
For short term to mid-length support, I offer coaching packages of 4-12 sessions to gain clarity and build momentum on a specific intention/goal or wellbeing. I offer longer-term coaching of six months to a year or more focusing in depth on your whole life (including your career), to realign by looking inward and exploring future possibilities. For one time guidance, I offer a single coaching session to get support on a specific situation/issue.
We’ll discuss the exact focus, length and frequency in the first coaching session based on your intentions/goals. On average, we’ll meet two times per month. Check out the coaching page for more detail. Each session’s focus is based on the client’s intentions/goals, ideas are provided below.

4 coaching sessions
Get unstuck, gain clarity and take the first steps to create change that matters to you. Example focus areas include: Address what’s holding you back. Envision your dream(s) and your goal(s). Identify your values and/or strengths. Improve your wellbeing. Shift your mindset. Create an action plan. Begin making progress. Specific focus areas based on alignment with client goals.
Vision to Momentum
6 to 10 coaching sessions
Connect with your vision and gain clarity to build momentum towards what matters to you. Example focus areas include: Address what’s holding you back. Envision your dream(s) and goal(s). Identify your values and/or strengths. Improve your wellbeing. Shift your mindset. Create an action plan. Apply strategies to pursue your dream(s) and goal(s). Specific focus areas based on alignment with client goals.
Life Realignment
12 or more coaching sessions (6-12 months+)
Navigating a transition or a big change? Intentionally design what’s important to you next in your life and work. Look inward and explore future possibilities to nurture your dream(s) and goal(s). Example focus areas include: visioning, values, strengths, what’s holding you back, empowering vs. limiting beliefs, mindset, wellbeing, create a plan, and apply strategies to take action, explore and experiment, and more. Specific focus areas based on alignment with client goals.
Rates:
Single coaching session without a package: $150
Four session package: $550
Six session package: $750
Each session after a four or six session package: $125
Limited time offer for up to 4 new clients from now until May 30th: $75 discount off the rate for a coaching package. This offer applies to new clients. Discount applies to four or six session coaching package and does not apply to single coaching session offering.
